No one asked at the shareholder meeting if any other ENGEL machines were installed and in use elsewhere in the US.

Those attending the meeting were told that the sole iteration of the machine (Engel E-100) concerning non-CE production was delivered to Rancho Santa Margarita. He, naturally, would not and did not address what machines were delivered, if any, to Apple.

As all Engel LQMT machines must be approved for sale by LQMT to the non-CE market [please look at the Engel website for the clarification on how orders for a machine are made (i.e. through LQMT RSM)] Therefore, Steipp would know immediately of any shipments of the latest iteration machine to either a LQMT MSR customer or a LQM CLM.

No CLM's have been nominated. Only two MSR's have been nominated, and quite recently, with one coming on deck.

As far as Visser Precision, it is difficult to know what iteration of the Engel machine they have, but for sure it is at least one or two iterations behind the machine now in RSM for R&D and small commercial runs.

Bottom line, we are looking at, IMO, at least 6 months before any new machine would be delivered either to LQMT itself, new CLM(s) or an in house customer.

Not so sure that MTRN's CC tomorrow will shed any light on shipments of LQMT INGOTS.

Recall, that two hundred thousand pounds is the max capacity of MTRN's plant. If the cost of an ingot is (being quite liberal) $30 or so we would be looking at a total sale of material around USD6 million per year. Say, 10 million tops (if the cost is higher. That is 2.5 million per quarter at max production.

I do not see how that small dollar amount will reflect on the whole of the MTRN's financial statements, particularly, since they don't give a breakdown of the component sales in the Beryllium and Composite Devision.

Some one else please chip in. Say, OOO or Pappy, if he is around.
I wouldn't want to have the last word on this if I am wrong. Finally, we have no certainty that MTRN is supplying APPL, though, I suspect that they would be one of its two primary suppliers (Apple wants redundancy).
