Phoenix, Arizona - August 20, 2014 PTA Holdings, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: PTAH) a multi-faceted transportation group providing a broad array of traditional transportation and management services, announced today that it has completed the purchase of Crane Creek Trucking, LLC of Lawler, Iowa.

Leonard Lewensohn, CEO stated today that;" We are pleased to report that the company has completed an asset based purchase of Crane Creek Trucking. This acquisition is strategic to our continued development of PTA Holdings in that it consists of their operating authority, power units and drivers all of which will be deployed immediately to serve our new strategic customer. Our Nortford subsidiary will be realigned as our Leasing Division responsible for managing operating equipment including tractors and trailers. Crane Creek acquisition will add over $1.5 million in annual revenue. The transaction also includes a Maintenance Agreement to be provided by the Sellers.

He further stated; " As stated previously we have also completed a major funding package that I will report on in the next few days and later will update shareholders about the events mentioned and other strategic realignments within our company.
