"Insufficent means there is not enough information to identify just how much Gold there is"

Finally, finally, finally. Someone admits that we don't KNOW there are tens of billions in gold at USPR.

How could it be clear when posters read the report that there is a lot of gold? The 2 professional geologists that USPR hired stated that there was not sufficient information to say that. So if 2 professional geologists read the report that they wrote, and determined there was not enough information to say there was a lot of gold there, how can posters determine it?
