i wouldn't believe anything these actc guys say, the last ceo was ranting all the time how shareholder value was going to be created blah blah and now you got these new guys doing the same thing and there getting bonuses right out the gate without creating shareholder value ...anyone voting yes is insane. These new guys have not done Nada.
