Number 1 everyone says lawsuit is the end of XNRG, if you take the time to email or call Jerry and ask about it you will find that it is just the opposite. Number 2 JV002, XNRG and their partner have paid their 50%, as contract stated JV002 has to pay 50% of agreement. That's a done deal. Number 3- #15 is producing oil and creating revenue.
