This will have plenty of P and D's in the future. All crappy sub pennies have them. This is just another trading stock for penny flippers. I am just saying that this company and stock will never amount to anything in the long term. I was responding to a post purporting to "analyze" the numbers and it is 100% guaranteed that every single prediction and "analysis" will prove to be wildly optimistic and the reality will be just the opposite. I have read I don't know how many of these "analyses" and they are comical yet they get lots of "wow, what a great post" Even though they're just playing with numbers pulled out of their butts. But you know who has been right with their predictions every step of the way? The brilliant mind who posted stuff like this

No one could predict at what share price the dumping would start. The only thing anyone could say with 100% certainty is that the toxic funders would start dumping eventually, the only question was when and you got your answer. (8/6)

there's no reason to think the dumping will ever end. Just one 47K note was converted into 6 million shares or .008 per share. And HJOE's has a bunch of these notes and all come with the same toxic terms. The next time this has a pop, I bet another lender will be converting and dumping. That's how it goes when a company can't get legit funders to back them and has to beg for scraps from these toxic funders. (7/24)

You can't deny the fact that there will continue to be massive dilution here or the fact that the company flat out lied about the Japan deal. Those are facts. What more do you need? (8/23)

Of course converting a revolving credit line to massively dilutive toxic funding is worse. You guys think this TCA settlement was a good thing but all they did was take the money they owed to TCA and sold that debt to toxic funders with horrible terms for shareholders. This will go sub penny within the next month or so. (8/20)
