This is not difficult, the drop dead date for providing the Annual disclosure here for YIPI is always on September 15th of each year. They have 30 days from September 15th to provide an attorney opinion letter, that was due before October 16th, they didn provide one so OTC Markets dropped their tier to Limited until they provide the attorney opinion letter as required for Current tier status.
