I think Cyril and Teresa are doing a terrific job. Hardly "newbs." They increased the A/S to 9 billion, gave themselves 6 billion of those, converted 4 billion of their 6 to preferred before the R/S, leaving them with a billion each to sell as they wish.

Now, will they just convert their preferred and sell more ~or~ will they do another R/S and then convert some? They could milk this for some time.

Very clever pennystockthievery, IMO.
