Let's face REALITY !!!

IFUS has NO FUTURE WITH THE PRESENT MANAGEMENT (MW is the SOLE officer and Director - the ONLY MANAGER and ANSWERS to NO - ONE / as MW and RW manipulated)

MW (OUR SOLE OFFICER and DIRECTOR) has alienated so many since 2009 and certainly since 2012 - that the constant lawsuits become a "norm" for IFUS - and most available funding generated by IFUS goes to pay legal costs and we still owe lawyers over $50,000.

MW has no idea how to build a company as his track record over the last 20 years so clearly outlines.

MW filed BANKRUPTCY in 2013, had to move out of Michigan because he could not get a job, current liens, and daily fights for survival for MW many past "sins" (BOTH LEGAL and MORAL) - at the cost of ALL SHAREHOLDERS.

MW has NO credibility, integrity or HONOR with investors, lenders, suppliers and community.

Going on since 2009 - enough is enough !!!
