Moody`s arguments are flawed and their announcement comes right before the elections, while the PBR business plan regarding debt was released a long time ago. Why did they not announce their statement then? Not to mention that the key argument of Moody`s is that the selling fuel below cost breaks up PBR. Which is again a very odd timing as after elections the prices will be allowed to rise (bingo, corrupt rousseff also scams the poor people into voting).
