They said that Siaf propably has contacted First North/OMX but has been turned down early in that process since the case was not strong enough. They had a very interresting solution to this problem and that is to use a Swedish Siaf company on the stock exchange. That compaines only role is to host Siaf stocks (from OTC-BB). This model has been used with some Russian oil companies like Vostok Nafta. Siaf already has a Swedish sub-company ??
