If this reverses it would likely be tied with a reverse merger possibly onto a higher exchange.

Access to capital markets is key for growing biotechs, no way this goes private.

I think what we have is a pending financial deal that will eliminate debt and fund INDs and expansion. Preferred shares guaranteeing some % stake would be likely.

They could dilute massively and reverse but liquidity would dry up and there is no advantage to CD holders.

Today they just suckered out some flippers.. Tomorrow will be back to green.
