"...they've cleverly worded everything to ambiguously change course dependent on their time line.

But, imho, there is absolutely nothing ambiguous about what was said on November 22, 2013!! What I'm wondering is how long can they continue to do this? It's as if they know that PRs such as the latest will probably cause, at least, a slight PUMP in the pps in which they might be benefiting from! It's almost like someone telling you "The check is in the mail" and a year later it still hasn't reached you!
