They will not be exporting or importing any cannabis, anytime soon if ever.
There is no shortage of cannabis in Canada or any other nation in the world for that matter.
The Italian government is proposing that their Army grow their pot and give it to the people who need it for next to nothing instead of taking the Netherlands overstock for outrageous prices.
People are realizing that you can put up a grow facility anywhere in the world as long as you have mega watt electricity and clean water rights. The countries Bill is visiting have very little of each and the lots in Canada have even less. Lots of photo opportunities though.
Bill is listed as the Senoir person in charge as well as the responsible person in charge of this grow barn. He is listed on the inspection report as a 7 -7 employee.
