GRCU is a Form 15 company they won't be providing audited financials.

You also seem to think that financial obligations from the TTDZ shell will just disappear - but that isn't true.

That is why was either a completely incompetent move or there is going to be shares being dumped - when the GRCU purchased the shell without full financial disclosure.

What every shareholder should want is for GRCU to start the process of becoming fully reporting by filing a Form 10.
