Based on the A,B, and C Shaun and his family on a fully diluted basis own 99.999999999999999999999 to the infinite 9th of this stock. The formula has this designed that this is the most valuable company in the world on a fully diluted basis and there is no company on the planet with a share structure that can out do it.

Sad with all the related party transaction with him mom and aunt, hes going to put them in prison too.

Why would anyone buy this stock, you can invest one million dollars and instantly it is not even worth a penny based on the dilutive factor.

What do you want to bet that none of them are declaring the income on their taxes to the IRS correctly either.
