Waterchaser, why do you think that there is a list of banned Auditors and Attorneys in the OTC? Stervc pretty much just gave you an educated point and imo it is very easy to understand. Pretty much audited or unaudited doesn't mean that numbers are right or wrong is just having someone extra in the documents of the financials being presented. I hope it helps. GRCU
