THE A/S ANNOUNCEMENT WAS SEMI-REAL. ...... I mean by that the Dakshidin Sr. Managers actually filed an Official Filing explicating an official Corporate Action.


The last time that happened was February when the Financials were filed. ...... And a few scattered substance-free filings on OTCMarkets.com in the interim. ...... ( Look 'em up, and read 'em ! )


DAKSHIDIN HAS COMMUNICATED WITH SHARE-HOLDERS PRIMARILY THROUGH CORPORATE TWEETS ALL YEAR. ...... But NOTHING OF SUBSTANCE HAS EVER REALLY HAPPENED ...... ( Nothing that can be officially proven, anyway ) . ...... Taken as a whole, the TWEETS are long on vague promises, and short on actual deliveries. ...... Do you agree ?

In My Opinion, people ain't gonna buy a pig in a poke.

Show them a stock in a Corporation the has a ...... (1) Statement of Business Purpose or ...... (2) Statement of Corporate Strategic Vision/goals or ...... (3) Actual Web Site or ...... (4) Business Model ( there is some overlap among the 4 categories listed )

Give people one or more of the above, and they will know why they are investing.

I have lots and lots and lots of shares, but do not yet know in what it is that I have invested ? ...... Would you enlighten me please ?

NO ONE WILL BUY DKSC WITHOUT A REASON TO BUY IT
