Just like how Enron and quite a few other major market stocks that filed audited financials and turned out to be scams and hurt thousands of investors. I can find plenty of companies that either filed or still file audited financials where their outcomes turned out horrible.
Bottom line, investors will acknowledge legitimacy regardless to what type of financials are filed just so long as they are filed. Here with GRCU, they are doing that. Them remaining current will prove to be fine enough if they so desire. Either route they decide to go (audited or unaudited) will be fine. The proof will be in their pudding!
