15% of daily volume give or take so long as total volume is less than 1 million dollar 20% if its over a million so warrant could have dumped another 75000 shares approximately today. There were 1.2 mil left out of 8 mil as of August 20th PR. Liabilities will be sharply lower in q1 and q2 as a result of this.
