The Company also provides tailored and secure engineering solutions and offer specialized abilities in staff augmentation, performance based remediation, and hazardous material management. The company operates in three segments: Engineering and Construction Management, Environmental Services, and Professional Services. In February 2014, the Company announced that it has acquired Lime Energy, Inc.'s Facility Repair and Renewal (FRR) business unit. In July 2014, the Company acquired J.M. Waller Associates, Inc., a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
