I agree, so this has been waiting in wings and won't be too much longer. There was absolutely ZERO reason for CD holders to convert UNLESS they all saw the deal via their first right of refusal....

Eliminate the debt conversions, have new controlling shareholders making this flush with cash and let's see what expansion and IND plans are on the table and who wants to do a M&A dance with SVFC...
