It is GR8, IMHO, to have a CEO that shares all that he does.
His job is primarily to do the business of Sycamore Entertainment Group...
Running an International company has a lot of ins and outs and a lot of loopholes...I am not sure that anybody who had not yet experienced what SEDAR called for would know to prepare for it or not. There were years that it was not called for. IMHO, it is not a matter of blame, but one of changing legislation.
Personally I think Ed is doing a GR8 JOB!!
