You're making the points that I was trying to.

Where are the authorities and regulators if the allegations that have been levied at these people are valid? Shouldn't the Company books correctly reflect if money is being skimmed or if it's being diverted into other non-company accounts? Are the regulators regulating or out to lunch???

No Investor in this company has EVER been well informed. That's always been a problem.
