NSS, assuming there are any, would want the global lock lifted so they can close out their positions. Regardless of who it is (retail, brokers, MM's) there are costs associated with having open positions.

If they shorted this down from what ever number you want to come up with, covering at trip 1 to $.001 would be a good thing.

Can't speak to FB hacking as I am not aware of it.
