The most effective treatment here in the USA (so far anyway) appears to be intensive palliative care.

It is also possible that the plasma transfusions that some patients have gotten from recovered Ebola patients may have been at least somewhat useful. Dr. Brantly (for example) has donated a 'blood donation of some kind' to one of the Nurses in Dallas (Ms. Pham) that may, or may not have helped her. Dr. Brantly is at least partially convinced that a unit of blood that had been donated by a patient survivor he had treated in Libera had contributed to his own recovery.

For Example: This is something that is being followed up on currently:

Ebola serum for Africa patients within weeks, says WHO

Much like any other treatment - it is unclear as yet how much benefit the patients will garner (as there is only sketchy anecdotal data), and how long it will take to scale up production/collection to test the idea.

It is up in the air as to whether the patients who received the zMapp drug gained any benefit from it as yet.
