Kramer, isn't the question why has Gene not done anything to address the alleged naked short? Yesterday, I gave the steps on what to do to find if there is a significant short position. Ask any securirties attorney and they confirm what I have stated.

What has it been? You are referencing reports from 2008/9, 5 years ago.

Instead of questioning shorts and others motives, shouldn't you really be questioning gene or whoever is running this company as to why nothing is being done?

Gene was last heard from around 2011/2012. Many posited that he needed to go undercover so he can do acquisitions without shareholder/short interference. Surely he must have accomplished something in the last few years.

But all we have is a RCCH website with a bunch of dead links to alleged "sole subsidiaries".

Lastly, I will leave you with this. As shareholders are stuck with global lock, so are the alleged nss, I would profer that both want the global lock to lifted as soon as possible.
