Wopsal101 Dr. Rose is no friend of $ACTC and there is much criticism of his comments concerning the Lancet publication. His referral to "placebo effect" is meant to downgrade $ACTC results. Placebo effects wear off quickly and after + 3 yrs there is no questions whatsoever that $ACTC's improvement of "letters" read are indeed genuine.

“The questions that remain are: What are the transplanted RPE cells actually doing? Are they performing like bona fide RPE? Are they producing factors that help keep the retina healthy?
