Pump and dumps often come with news.
There was no news.
Often pump and dumps are promoted.
There was no promotion.
Often pump and dumps are heavily preloaded.
There was no preload.
What you have here is an undervalued company. That saw large buy side volume.
So say what ever you want because your not in the stock.
Look at the volume.
It is a volatile stock, that I'm sure will see another couple of 200 percent days. It's low float too.

Look at 10/13 tons of volume on that day and the majority was bought over .01-.015 so pump and dump is a childish phrase, because those who got in lost if they didn't sell.
150 OS No pump and dump here it's missing all the factors I listed above.
