Dc Just one more thing..This is why we think Radient is merging with Provista Diagnostics.. The deadline was February 1, 2013. That is when the trademark DR-70 was transferred and the Patent started. Also the SRL India articles and the largest RXPC volume day at the time.. We believe Radient and GCDX did sign the agreement...This is the only way William can offer his new Lung Cancer Test...We are getting closer DCMan...imo Wolf

Additionally, either party may terminate the Agreement upon 30 days written notice to the other party. The terms of the Agreement provide that if either party terminates the Agreement or the Agreement expires due to nonpayment or otherwise, any and all license rights will revert back to us. Three months after the date of reversion, we will be entitled to enter new contractual agreements with third parties with regard to such rights.
