It's not the age that determines who can be or can not be considered an expert, it is more about what they studied and the research they did in this field that matters the most. This entire MJ field is still very new and much is just being discovered about the various parts of the plant that can provide many benefits, thus the most recent research is very important and those who spent the time to study an area previously unexplored, can be very much considered an expert. This has been seen throughout the entire medical and scientific community for many years. Thankfully age is on prerequisite of who can or cannot be considered an expert. Cheers!
