This info was posted, but its not the exact name that was in the PR saying who the JV partners are, thats why it took a while to figure they may have had the name wrong in PR. And as we said, they are currently in default, which could mean the company no longer exists, or it could mean they just have not paid the $500.00 or so and supply info needed to get out of default. Not sure why the PR says that the name is different LL which is close, but not the same as this one that was found.

Now see if anyone can find any info on this company other then this, and current. They do not have to report except to Nevada Corp division anything as currently they are listed as a pvt company, one which does not sell shares YET.
