Hilarious, it is not the DTCC's responsibility to locate the Issuer and it's correct address, nor will it ever be. The Issuer has the responsibility to have the most current information on file with it's TA as required by Law. I put that up there with the dog ate my homework... lol Wouldnt Fedex retry delivery at a later date? Also the Notices left at the door or if his office was an actual office with a staff wouldnt they have such notices.

It is all bullshit, but I like the last part, the whole "we submitted everything requested so that means they have to resume our services"... Just because the Issuer feels they met the request doesnt mean the information submitted meets the request.
