Some of our astute Board members imply that the Markman Report will correct the fact that the MOT jury didn’t understand the complex technical issues involved in the case.

If that's the case, will one of our Board legal types please explain how the Markman will make the complex technical issues more understandable to our non-technical ZTE lay jury.
