It looks like to me the insiders made up a bunch of invoices to the company, sold the debt to someone, now they are in litigation so they can convert discounted shares transferable immediately. Look at the bills, give me a break, 5 wells drilled by Vencedor? LOL Services by Kerry CM research for 300 grand? LOL Bills from Jerry? LOL
