You are correct Fish and I will gladly let the record speak for itself. Others are not happy that NRTI is trying to obtain a certain trademark for the obvious reasons of increasing their business, but they are doing so through the proper channels, despite what others may want you to believe. The decision lies with the trademark folks who will weigh all the documentation to make their decision. I don't see where that is unethical in any way, but those who could be affected by it will scream all kinds of things when they may end up on the losing side. Some things you just have to ignore for obvious reasons. Cheers!
