NJM, the 13th of October there were basically no buyers showing at the bid, pre market. When I said that, it was just bs also then and when we were down 10% in the opening it didn't mean anything either, probably wasn't even true.... 
If you had asked any of my lectors in the University I was in, if you have a market without buyers price will probably come down (and vice versa, at least short term), but that of course doesn't apply on the OTC
