Exactly tprosuper.

And this is one of the reasons why - while I remain invested (shares bought mostly in 2010-2011) here and while I remain optimistic for the future for CVM - I have been sitting mostly on the sidelines for the last couple of years.

Have been saying for quite some time now that until the Phase III trial patient population for Multikine H&N cancer gets close to full (I still think they will make it before the end of 2015), or until there are some results to report for Phase I testing for Multikine on HPV warts (also sometime during 2015) this is a stock that will flounder.

I watch here (and hold my old shares) because I think that in the long-run (sometime during mid or late 2015 at least) there is going to be a takeoff here. BUT until that time we'll see periodic needs to dilute here to keep the company running until results indicate 'we' are close to getting a revenue-generating product close to market.

If (in the meantime) prior to 2015 they can settle with their old CRO for damages - that'll ease the need for dilution some. But that is an 'if' as well as much as a 'when'.

In the meantime - invest here at your own risk, but there is probably enough volatility and volume here to make trading in & out a viable strategy for those so inclined.
