35,000 Ton Per Year Wood Pellet Plant Real Estate and Equipment Assets to be sold during online, lender-owned auction Tuesday, Nov. 11 and 18, 2014

PALMERTON, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The former Great American Pellets facility, real estate and equipment assets, will be sold during an online, lender-owned auction Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2014 at 11 a.m. at 2115 Little Gap Road, Palmerton, Penn.
Great American Pellets manufactured premium hardwood pellets in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The auction is being conducted in conjunction with Comly Auctioneers & Appraisers of Philadelphia and Maas Companies of Rochester, Minn.
The auction includes a 43,750 square foot industrial building located on 8.59 acres and 35,000 ton per year late model wood pellet equipment selling separately or in bulk lots. Assets will be offered for sale as an entirety option via teleconference sale Nov. 11 at 11 a.m., and if applicable as independent lots during an online auction Nov. 18 at 11 a.m. eastern standard time.
Equipment highlights include Mettler Toledo 70’ Pitless Truck Scale, Morbark 4-Arm Live Deck, Morbark 640 Debarker, Morbark 75” Chipping System, Keith Walking Floor Metering Bin, Kice Dust Collectors/Centrifugal Fans, Eco-Therm Bio-Mass Burner, Baker Rullman Drying System, Bliss Eliminator Hammer Mills, Bliss Pioneer Pellet Mill System, BM&M Screeners, Eco-Therm Pellet Cooler, 2-Imperial Storage Silos, Rethceif Automated Bagging System, Kuka KR100 Palletizing Robot, Lambert Material Handling/Wulftec Automated Pallet/Shrink Wrap Line, ICAD HMI/PLC Operator/Equipment Control System, Rockwell Automation, Allen-Bradley, Square D Motor Control Centers/Transformers, along with all office furniture and support equipment lots.
