I am giving them 3 more days then putting in sell order.

Beyond the total lack of sales, their IP situation looks weak. Their major competitor already has a device very similar 220 in TSA testing, if they are infringing on IMSC patents or not I dont know. But I am wondering if IMSC even has enough money to put a big fight.

The only thing they have achieved is getting qualifications, but I really dont care about that.

They have made so many mistakes in the past 2 years (moving to larger facility, terrible earnings estimates, terrible timelines) the investing community wont touch this.

I invested in this for a buyout after TSA passenger qualification and that didnt happen so I planning an exit strategy.
