Thanks for doing this link, it shows exactly what I was discussing in my other post. The address for Re-Medical and the RA is the same.

So it can be seen that Re-Medical doesn't have it's own business address, which to do MJ business in the State of CO, a company has to have a true business address. Re-Medical DOES NOT.

There is also criteria for the location of an MJ business in the State of CO. IF this was really the Re-Medical address, it would not fit that criteria.

And of course, Re-Medical has not registered with DOR (Dept of Rev) which is the STATE tax man, and has not registered with the Boulder tax man. Something that a REAL business has to do, along with filing quarterly reports.

As far as the address given, it appears to be the address of another RA, not Northwest Registered Agent, Northwest is registered as a foreign entity. The link you provided shows it is Colorado Registered Agent, (which can be seen in the URL)

However it does look like they might be related. The whole circle of the RA info is interesting but not something worth discussing.
