It IS proven that aspirin inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis interferes with nociceptor function, and it IS proven that when nociceptor function is interfered with, pain sensitivity diminishes. It doesn't take Euclid to figure out that aspirin blocks pain by blocking prostaglandin synthesis -- the same mechanism by which it lowers fever and reduces inflammation, inhibits platelet aggregation, etc, etc.
NO ONE has proven or even ATTEMPTED to demonstrate any of Marineo's bogus nonsense. The REASON for that is that Marineo's ridiculous claims are all just that -- BOGUS NONSENSE!
