Can't ask him can I? However the SEC/Gendarme case clearly supports the dump IMO. But if you do not believe that then what can I say. And you not believing that makes your position on NSS more clear. I think much of the volume you see as NSS activity is what we believe is the dump of billion of Gene's discounted shares to Gendarme.

We definitely interpret the DD we find very differently don't we?
