I thought there were over two billion shares outstanding. 30% would be over 600 million shares. Does Benny and the board really have that many shares?
A reverse split could benefit them. Benny instituted an employee stock option/ownership plan. They can reward themselves with millions of shares for a job "well" done, at any time.
So, a reverse split would disproportionately hurt retail shareholders over insiders/employees.
