It *APPEARS* TO HAVE BEEN confirmed here that the TRUST has been selling off its shares since before the R/S. So lets assume the o/s is around 25 million now which would explain the drop in the PPS. Now with no news or filings what does the company plan on doing? I still smell going private. The TRUST still gets 5% og GROSS for SIX (5) more years and the company officials make their nice salaries! WIN/WIN for everyone except stockholders!

Prove different without old news, LOLOLOLOL or something else just as inane. Like the CURRENT SHARE STRUCTURE
