Am I off base here? I was looking at the last report of ownership and is redg does a r/s, wouldn't it hurt Benny? Looks like Benny and the officers have about 30% of the shares. So, wouldn't it be better for them to buy back shares instead of r/s?

And wouldn't that be better for us if they buy back?
