If what you posted is correct, I have no problem. Confused by the line below. Thought it meant he will still be awarded all his unvested stock (through 2018) in spite of his resignation....

"all unvested restricted stock units owned by Mr. Rollock pursuant to a previously executed RSU Agreement (as it is defined the Release Agreement) shall vest as scheduled notwithstanding Mr. Rollock’s resignation"
