Why do you continuously feel it is your job to protect WillyJam and Sussy? By not producing Fair or Reasonable, they have certainly misled. By keeping those they represent in the dark, they have failed in their duties.

...I certainly am not defending them, however, I am, however, not lauding them as proof positive that my theories are correct because they have recorded in court documents, SEC filings and press releases everything to the contrary and they haven't denied such.

...I understand, when the rainbow recoveries do not lead to the pot of gold, predicted by those who attribute such to Susman and Willingham for filing all of the above fraudulent documents in order to keep a secret ten to hundred dollar settlement, that the finger (and rage) will be directed at them. Again, they have said no such things associated with these theories.

...Fair and reasonable, a reasonable discussion topic PRIOR TO THE VOTING ON THE PLAN, was every equity holders decision. The clearly stated WHAT THE SETTLEMENT WAS. For those who read the simple list of facts, some concluded it was NOT FAIR AND REASONABLE and either didn't affirm such on a ballot or SOLD. For those who CREATED AN EXPECTATION THAT WHAT THE SETTLEMENT WAS "was more than what was documented" they have no one to blame but themselves. That is the point in time where the decision was made. To hold Susman and Willingham accountable for "someone elses' created expectations" based on "what didn't exist" is misplaced and should be retained by those who made such expectations and decisions.

...Every time Susman and Willingham are 'USED to support those in the alternative recovery theory, it is not "fair or reasonable."

How can such representatives, treated to the likes of "Sussy and WillyJam" in the most temperate of words, indicate that one believes them? It appears IMO that such descriptive negativeness indicates there is no respect for them; and if so, why believe what they have recorded? Further, why use them as support for expectations (and the theoretical foundations we have seen purported and undocumented) that they clearly have recorded the opposite?

Finally, for everyone who does not like the documented settlement, and the term of fair and reasonable at the time, WHY DID SIGN AND RELEASE? Why aren't you all in a shareholder suit and in court with your evidence DD applauded?
