Obviously you didn't read the list of questions that WMI LT filed last May regarding employee claims?

You can talk about "scope", "laser-focus", "targeted" all you want, but just like the 50+ depositions that were scheduled last summer and kicked forth March next year, the questions were more focused on solvency of WaMu and who was responsible than about the actual employee claims. Scope: very arbitrary.

I think Susman has it's scope laser focused on another target, again, which is not a party in this suit, but surely will follow the proceedings very closely and/or act before it ever will take place.
