Please help me understand how Dr.Justin Fischedick is considered an expert.

He graduated high school in 2002. Earned his BS degree in 2006 and Masters in 2008. He submitted his dissertation for a PhD in 2013. In essence, Dr. Fischedick has been out of school for about a year.

Again, what lead you to call him a top expert in the MJ field?
